Salesforce Data Cloud Lead

Are you ready to spearhead data-driven transformations in the enterprise? As a Salesforce Data Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams, design scalable architectures, and unlock customer insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Define data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.

Data Governance & Security

Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources. Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.

Mentorship & Team Leadership

Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers. Define best practices for data ingestion, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming pipelines.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Lead with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools, Data Cloud + Marketing Cloud activation, and personalization journeys.
