About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud consultant with expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions. This role requires a strong proficiency in Salesforce core technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored to business needs.
  • Develop custom LWC, Aura Components, and Apex to extend platform functionality.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud branding, customization, and portal management.
  • Hands-on expertise in APIs, integrations, and third-party system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability (mandatory).
