Job Overview

The Senior Finance Supervisor is a key leadership role within the Finance department, responsible for overseeing large FP&A teams and driving business growth through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing FP&A teams with a strong focus on team management, functional transformation, and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee FP&A service delivery for multiple GFC SBG or SBU teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Assemble and summarize data for reports, presentations, and business insights, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance drivers; provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong skills in objective-setting, performance management, and talent development.
  • CA, ICWAI, MBA, CIMA, CFA, CPA or equivalent qualification (highly desirable).
