Global Service Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader with deep expertise in financial services operations, global workforce leadership, and a strong command of regulatory environments such as CFPB, FDIC, and OCC.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Develop and execute scalable service operations strategies across global sites to support consumer and commercial financial products.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of geographically dispersed teams and vendor networks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet service level agreements.
  • Innovative Solutions: Implement innovative solutions to drive business scalability and high performance across people, process, and technology.
