Project Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Leader to lead and deliver projects within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex technology, regulatory, or business transformation projects in banking, fintech, or insurance environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across multiple concurrent financial services projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, compliance, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and report project status to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal audit requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project participants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry (banking, fintech, insurance, or capital markets).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
