Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive our performance marketing efforts. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ads across various channels.

  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that maximize returns on investment.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from development to optimization, to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on a daily basis and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.

You'll need to have extensive experience in running Google and Facebook ads, managing large budgets, and at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing. We're looking for someone with high ownership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task.
