This key role will be responsible for designing and implementing a holistic Performance Management System (PMS) that aligns with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the PMS framework, encompassing strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and scorecards.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to set performance targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Performance Metrics and Evaluation:
  • Establish and track relevant KPIs across financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth dimensions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess progress against set targets.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps in performance.
Leadership and Communication:
  1. Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of performance and professionalism.
  2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  3. Maintain open channels of communication to ensure transparency and encourage feedback.
