About the Role
Are you a strategic and analytical professional looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team.
This role involves owning and driving the planning & performance cycle in our organization, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, providing analytical insights for decision-making, tracking targets and productivity, and governing financial controls.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting processes, including Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) reviews and 1-Year Plan management.
- Lead planning cycles, such as 3-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, and other key cycles within the People team.
- Analyze and provide recommendations on budget breakdowns by various cuts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage organizational structures and people costs through Anaplan.
Key Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task within tight deadlines.
- Resilience – strong self-belief, tenacity under pressure, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier B-School.
- 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
