Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Leader to oversee high-impact project execution, delivery, and team performance.

This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction while driving team growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, focusing on quality and timely outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources for assigned projects.
  • Create proposals, review estimates, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and design training initiatives.
  • Establish robust governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management strategies.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to enhance project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in project leadership and management.
  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management platforms (PLM) such as 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS.
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
