About the Role

The SAP HCM US Payroll Specialist will lead the configuration and implementation of SAP US Payroll solutions.

  • Designing and configuring SAP US Payroll
  • Ensuring accurate payroll processing from gross to net
  • Configuring BSI tax factory and tax settings
  • Managing off-cycle payroll definitions and processing
  • Integrating with SAP FI and third-party financial systems

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and configure SAP US Payroll modules
  2. Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
  3. Configure tax settings and BSI tax factory
  4. Manage off-cycle payroll processing and definitions
  5. Integrate SAP FI and third-party systems

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM
  • 3+ years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll
  • Expertise in SAP payroll configuration, BSI tax factory, and garnishments configuration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
