We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Enmain Minister Office Furniture in Kochi, Kerala. This exciting opportunity will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong relationships with valued clients.

About the Role

This Customer Experience Liaison position is responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance products and services
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly and empathetic demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer Service Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Work Environment: Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, B.Tech (preferred)
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
