About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Fractional HR Business Partner to join our network and collaborate with ambitious e-commerce startups in Mumbai.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding – ensuring seamless integration of new team members.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Establish performance management systems, including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles, to drive business outcomes and support employee growth.
  • Maintain HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements, ensuring a risk-free environment for all stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy, driving informed decision-making.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees, equipping them with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation, streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Deliver strategic HR insights to scale the workforce while maintaining startup agility, enabling businesses to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
