As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing HR function that drives business growth and employee engagement.
Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager will serve as the strategic partner to our leadership team, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources. This includes creating and implementing HR policies, driving culture-building initiatives, and engaging with employees across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures
- Drive cultural transformation through various initiatives and programs
- Engage with employees through regular check-ins and feedback mechanisms
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to Indian labor laws & compliance, policy drafting & implementation, employee engagement across regions, recruitment and onboarding, and hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a people person
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across departments
