Debt Syndication Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Debt Syndication Specialist to spearhead our debt syndication activities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in collaborating with banks and financial institutions, managing loan documentation, and structuring debt solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs, ensuring maximum benefit utilization.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation, guaranteeing compliance with all banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to offer clients informed borrowing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Continuously expand and strengthen relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce, with 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking. A strong understanding of SME/MSME Government schemes and excellent analytical and financial modeling skills are also required.
