Debt Capitalisation Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our debt capitalisation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess 6-7 years of experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or Fintech field and a strong background in finance.

Responsibilities:

• Raising debt from financial institutions, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), banks, and other lenders through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.
• Preparing comprehensive credit proposals with new and existing lenders, handling queries related to credit proposals for fundraising.
• Coodinating the end-to-end execution of fund-raising transactions.
• Managing existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking.
• Capable of managing liquidity and investment portfolios.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)/Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance degree.
• 6–7 years of experience in an NBFC or Fintech field.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end.
• Able to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organisation.
• Able to coordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.
• Able to understand core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
