Job Overview

We seek a seasoned finance leader to collaborate closely with senior management in shaping our financial strategy. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of detailed MIS reports in various formats.
  • Effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Independently prepare Balance Sheets in accordance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Prior experience in audit coordination is preferred.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.

Requirements

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
