Drive Enterprise Initiatives

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead key enterprise-wide initiatives and support senior executives in their strategic planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans across the organization, including business planning and change management.

- Identify critical issues facing the organization and provide insights and recommendations to senior executives.

- Conceptualize, design, and implement key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders.

- Forecast strategic and operational variables, simulate and create best-fit plans based on market profiles, and monitor relevant metrics.

CXO Support:

- Provide support and manage interactions between senior executives and internal and external stakeholders.

- Work on go-to-market strategy, annual business plans (both short-term and long-term), and identify growth opportunities, both short-term and long-term.

Strategic Initiative PMO:

- Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, encompassing reporting/tracking activities to closure of senior executive-owned initiatives, including management reviews and discussion forums.

- Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.

Strategic Insights:

- Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives.

- Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis on a periodic basis.

- Prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present them periodically.

Strategy Communication:

- Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interact with stakeholders.

- Track important industry updates and review changes/developments closely to assess impact.

- Anchor business planning and operational reviews periodically, preparing review decks and sharing insights with senior executives prior to reviews.
