Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Senior Technical Project Manager) to lead strategic digital and website initiatives. The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn
  • Exposure to CMS platforms and AB testing tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead development of strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to leadership
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications
