Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Director to drive our digital transformation and lead our technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive IT strategy in alignment with our business objectives, driving innovation and growth through the effective use of technology.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in industry forums, creating visibility and credibility through innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Advise senior management on emerging technologies and trends, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and remain competitive.
  • Define futuristic IT architectures that deliver seamless omnichannel experiences for customers and employees alike.
  • Collaborate with diverse leaders, communicate the technology vision and strategy across all levels, and build consensus around key initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail or services companies with end-to-end responsibilities.
  • Digital transformation experience for enterprises, particularly in retail, spanning business processes.
  • Omnichannel systems expertise for next-generation retailers.
  • Able to define and manage futuristic IT architectures, encompassing applications, data, and security.
  • Experience establishing IT governance models across organizations.
  • DevOps transformation expertise.
  • Process transformation knowledge.
  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies.
