Lead Human Resources Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Human Resources Specialist to drive critical human resource metrics in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Engage with key internal and external partners to ensure seamless compensation, staffing, HR services, and business operations.
  • Operate independently to enhance employee satisfaction and development of the team through training, mentorship, and leadership of HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and business HR teams to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with expertise centers to address business problems and implement corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives using data-driven insights.
  • Own and drive HR policies and directives to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role.
  • MBA from a premium Institute is preferred.
