Job Title:
Human Resources and Administrative Leader
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources and Administrative Leader to lead our HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs.
Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services.
Provide data analysis and reports for management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
