Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR and Administration professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive employee engagement at our Bhopal office.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration, with strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. They will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

The successful candidate will also develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive employee engagement and performance. They will maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems, and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
