Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Operations Manager with a passion for finance, HR and administration.

About the Role

This position will see you handling a range of key responsibilities, including financial management, human resources and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Collect and process invoices in a timely manner.
    • Record expenses accurately and efficiently.
    • Prepare project-wise profit and loss statements to support informed decision-making.
    • Provide clear snapshots of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects.
  • Human Resources & Payroll:
    • Develop and issue offer letters to new employees.
    • Process monthly salary payouts in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances as required.
    • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administration:
    • Manage travel bookings and logistics to ensure efficient use of company resources.
    • Handle paperwork and documentation accurately and securely.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a seamless work environment.
Requirements:
  • A background in finance, accounts or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.) to enhance productivity.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and minimize errors.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with others while also working independently when necessary.
