HR Systems Administrator Job Description

This role is responsible for the effective management and maintenance of HR systems architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment. They will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack, working closely with our data analyst to ensure accuracy and timeliness of people analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
