Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

A visionary leader is required to spearhead technology strategy and product development, fostering innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through cutting-edge technology initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Product Development:
    • Develop and implement processes, systems, and policies for product design, development, application engineering, and technical services.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive product innovation and improvements.
  • Technology Leadership & Operational Excellence:
    • Monitor adherence to product development and quality standards.
    • Promote innovation in existing and new products aligned with business goals.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of product outputs for market readiness.
  • Team Development, People Management & Leadership:
    • Work with HR to acquire technically competent manpower.
    • Set high-performance standards and track team deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15-20 years' experience in Design & Development Engineering leadership roles in Transformer or Instrument Transformer or Bushings or Switchgear Industry with Bachelors or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and people management skills.
  • Expertise in product development, quality assurance, HV Testing and R&D.
  • Familiarity with project budgeting.
