Role:** Engineering Manager - Blockchain

You will take on the role of Engineering Manager. As the role holder, you will be a tech expert who leads sprints with capable tech teams, prioritizes tasks and manages multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members. You will be responsible for product delivery, sprint optimization and architecture development.

Location:** Noida (Hybrid) / 5 days

What you will get to do?

  1. Drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts and systems for robustness and scalability.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.
  3. Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  4. Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  5. Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  6. Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
