Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Technology Group will oversee the coordination of MSTG-NOSD activities, including technology transfer of new products, site transfers, commercial launches, and LCM activities. This involves establishing new procedures, maintaining existing procedures, and updating them in the MSTG NOSD department.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the execution of trial, scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches of new products and commercial launch batches.
  • Reviewing, commenting, and approving MF, FMEA, RA, BMR, protocol, sampling plan, process validation protocol, and other technology transfer documents.
  • Supporting regulatory audits and compliance, query responses for filed products, handling support of trouble shooting batches for data comparison and root cause investigation for commercial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting new product technology transfer and existing products in commercial manufacturing.
  • Technical evaluation of new process technology in coordination with the procurement team and finalization of user requirement specification.
  • Development of new vendors for process technologies.
  • Overall development and training of team members.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have

  • 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A Master's degree in Pharmaceutics or a related field.
