Executive Company Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Company Secretary to fill this critical corporate role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Filings: Prepare and submit documents, forms, returns, and applications with regulatory bodies such as the Registrar of Companies, Stamp Authority, Depository, NSDL, CDSL, RTA, and RBI in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to listed company requirements, including stock exchange regulations and SEBI Act, to maintain a strong compliance culture within the organization.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare papers for board, committee, and shareholders' meetings, including notices, agendas, and draft resolutions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Statutory Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory books and registers, including minutes books, charges, members' records, related party transactions, and investments registers in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Annual Report Compilation: Develop and finalize annual reports, directors' reports, and Corporate Governance report that provide stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of the organization's performance and progress.
