Chief Economic Researcher

As a Chief Economic Researcher, you will play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing department by conducting research on economic issues, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your expertise will help inform business decisions, drive strategic planning, and foster partnerships with government agencies, academia, and other organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement research agendas, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports and publications.
- Collaborate with ministries, universities, think tanks, and other agencies on research assignments, resulting in co-authored reports and publications.
- Identify research topics through stakeholder engagement, determining initiatives that align with the department's goals.
- Prepare discussion points and talking points for meetings, providing relevant content to support effective communication.
- Deliver presentations in various forums, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership.
- Interpret stakeholder concerns, understanding issues and recommending solutions.
Qualifications:
A postgraduate degree in Economics from a leading university is essential. You must possess excellent domain knowledge, conceptualization skills, and effective communication abilities.
