Job Description

The role of Corporate Secretary involves providing critical support to the board of directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities on matters related to corporate governance.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating board meetings, preparing agendas, board packs, and minutes, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
