
Sales Performance Leader

We are looking for a Senior Business Insights Manager to lead our sales performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
This role is critical for driving growth and reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team. The Senior Business Insights Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales processes, and ensure the sales team is equipped to achieve its goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for evaluating ongoing business performance against growth targets, defining key performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to support strategic decision-making.
- Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation, enabling data-driven decision-making and building systems that scale with the organization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
