Key Creative Talent Manager Role

This role focuses on the strategic development and management of key talent within our influencer marketing network. As a critical component of our talent management and marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships to secure top-tier talent for our clients.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and coordination between departments.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability to align with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators to support their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in artist/influencer management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with talent.
