We are seeking a seasoned performance marketing professional to develop and execute paid advertising strategies that drive profitable growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, strategic thinker who can turn ad spend into revenue.
- Paid Advertising Strategy: Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns on various performance platforms.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance and make informed decisions to improve metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Client Reporting: Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Budget Optimization: Proactively pitch budget reallocation and scaling strategies.

You must have the following skills and qualifications:
- 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on e-commerce.
- Experience in B2C companies with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
- Ability to think beyond click-through rates (CTR) - deep understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS), margins, funnel bottlenecks.
- Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
- Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
- A strategic mindset, thinking critically about why, not just how.
