This role is not a ticketing job. You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to drive customer outcomes, build reusable playbooks, and influence what the product becomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Run onboarding and ongoing success for top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems fast – sometimes before the customer sees them
  • Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
  • Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
