  • We are seeking a seasoned expert in Smartsheet and Jira integration to design, build, and optimize dashboards and forms for business intelligence and process automation.

About the Position

  1. Design and develop advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics and KPIs.
  2. Configure and manage Smartsheet-Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  3. Implement automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  4. Administer and manage Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  6. Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  7. Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards and reporting capabilities.
  8. Explore opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics using Smartsheet advanced features (Data Mesh, Control Center, Resource Management).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  • Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet-Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
