We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Tracking expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization.

  • The expert will lead and support the implementation of Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Gathering business requirements, leading workshops, developing functional documentation, and translating requirements into Workday system configurations are key responsibilities.
  • The expert will configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Additionally, the expert will configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • The expert will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a B.E./B.Tech. degree. They must be able to stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
