Process Optimization Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Process Optimization Engineer to play a pivotal role in deploying data-driven process optimization solutions across client environments. You will enable digital transformation, deploy process mining tools, and analyze business processes using advanced analytics techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Mining & Analysis
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Configure and deploy process optimization software for client projects
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with process optimization software
  • Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM)
  • Ability to interpret and model complex workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
