Job Title: Sales Operations Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive business decisions and improve sales funnel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track key sales metrics, including merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts, capacity plans, and targets by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Expertise in SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries, subqueries, and joins to extract and manipulate large datasets.
  • Advanced Experience with Tableau: Ability to design and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in Python: Experience with data manipulation, transformations, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) to analyze and visualize data.
  • Experience in Sales Operations: Familiarity with sales processes, workflows, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales funnels.
