Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the data team, you will be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage master data creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Manage user roles and access levels.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data and collaborate with QA analysts if necessary.
  • Commission and decommission data sets.
  • Process confidential data and information according to established guidelines.
  • Assist in developing reports and analyses.
  • Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Offer technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
  • Work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
  • The ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
  • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
