Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary

The company is seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to work on day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation. They will deliver process and solution documentation while collaborating across multiple teams, geographies, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Delivering process and solution documentation while collaborating across multiple teams, geographies, and tools
  • Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring goals are achieved on time
  • Developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • A basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks
