OMP Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced OMP implementation specialist to coordinate with cross-functional teams and plan the execution of PAK implementations.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive process improvements and enhance system integration across various applications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end planning strategies to ensure seamless communication between scrum teams, squads, and shared teams.
  • Oversee release Change Control, technical installations, and software version tracking.
  • Foster effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
  • Drive process improvement, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
  • Plan Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • Protect teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters.
  • Support risk management and mitigations.
  • Serve as a liaison between scrum masters and shared teams, Product managers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management or product engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved.
  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge.
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes.
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Made/Deliver.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience managing projects using J&J SDLC.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.
Required Skills:
  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams.
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro levels as appropriate to the audience.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem-solving.
