Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and technically versatile Data Scientist to deliver data-driven initiatives across the business.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, algorithm development, and simulation design. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R.
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
