The Customer Experience Team is dedicated to making healthy snacking fun, tasty, and accessible for kids and families. We're on a mission to revolutionize the way children interact with food.
Job Overview- We're seeking an intern who can track and manage customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.
- Work cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience.
- Develop a customer-first attitude, have passion to solve customer problems, empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to answer customer queries and tune into the customer's voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Pursuing bachelors or masters from a Tier I university.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be a great added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays as per customer queries.
