We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our organization.
This leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and team performance.
- As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers, and coaching them to improve their performance.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer support team.
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer support process and work with the team to implement solutions.
- Motivate and encourage the team to achieve their targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
