- Adhere to internal processes and SLAs to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, handling pressure situations with ease.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to drive results and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage but not essential.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
