About the Role

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling issues and ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Utilize internal tools to accurately track customer records and provide updates as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in resolving customer complaints, returns, and exchanges
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer service efficiency
  • Compile and submit regular reports to management detailing customer interactions and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filtering, reporting)
  • Strong follow-up and time management abilities
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
