Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineering to oversee the successful execution of civil works for our railway project.

  • This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the execution of civil works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Inspect and monitor earthwork, bed preparation, bridges, buildings, and other related civil works to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety protocols.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a project management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with railway design drawings and construction practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
