Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in collection management, preferably in the unsecured lending industry.

">

Responsibilities include reducing delinquency by flow control and improving recovery rates on assigned portfolios, managing a team of collections managers and executives, driving performance through allocated officers, and ensuring timely allocation of cases to collections managers and executives.

">

The successful candidate will also be responsible for strategizing, forecasting, driving, and executing plans, including hiring plans, disseminating targets, KPIs, and incentive structures to the team, and conducting periodic audits of agencies and in-house processes.

">

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to debt collection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization

">

- Proven experience in collection management, preferably in the unsecured lending industry

- Strong knowledge of collection practices, legal regulations, and debt recovery procedures

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and collection management software

">

- Knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to debt collection
