Expert Sales Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Regional Category Expert.
About the Position:- The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal part in driving our mission of delivering exceptional education to every child.
- To expand our LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by establishing new partnerships with schools, ensuring alignment with our educational mission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, fostering strong relationships based on understanding parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional branding efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our objectives, ensuring smooth transition to our Key Account team.
- Monitor key performance metrics and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.Ideal Experience Profile:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of high-volume sales engagements is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
- Prior travel experience across various regions is desired.
