Merchandiser Management Professional

At Staffing Bench HR Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Merchandiser Management Professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced merchandiser with a minimum of 15 years of experience in merchandising and marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage buyer accounts to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  2. Procure orders and follow them through from procurement to delivery.
  3. Provide input to the design team for product collections and collaborate with production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure timely and efficient production.
  4. Tap into your professional network and current buyers to secure new orders at competitive prices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions by visiting factories and communicating regularly with buyers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of buyer buying patterns and financial conditions.
  7. Deliver presentations and reports to management and stakeholders as required.
  8. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or merchandising).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in merchandising and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
